ALORAN, a perspective INUM |
Sometime in the 1970s, Vizmin Montes, connected at the time with the government's Information Agency, submitted a Report stating that Misamis Occidental has the highest consumption of alcohol per capita in the country. He added (off the record) that Aloran dwarfed the other municipalities. I believed him. Evidence is a-plenty. I'm not sure if I should be proud or ashamed of, but fact is fact. When Aloranons gather, be it here or anywhere else, Inum; When Aloranons visit fellow Aloranons in the diaspora, Inum; When Aloranons come home from overseas, Inum; When Aloranons celebrate, Inum; Log-on to Facebook, heaps of Posts by Aloranons, Inum; Just for the heck of, Inum; SAMPLE OF INUM VOCABULARY A> Drunk Napa-aka'g has; Nalabya'g panel; Nakatunob og sarsa; Naigo's pana ni Kulafu; B> Palahubog, easily gets drunk with less; C> Palainum, needs to have taken buckets/cases before he gets drunk; D> Target, a sumsuman/polutan, NOT the corned beef from Argentina, it's grains of salt spread on a piece of paper, after a shot, you 'target' it with your finger.
