Your website, our website was first published on November 30, 2001. Like a bushfire, it spread into every Aloranon's space who like others were looking for a escape from chaotic reality. Hosting a website entails cost besides domain and luckily many Aloranons understand that. No sooner than the semi-final setup, generous contributions started pouring. Grenics and Dolly Mutia, Palayan, Carmen Bohol, Orangeburgh, New York, Lito and Nancy Mutia, Palayan, Mis Or, Boston, Massachusetts, Moses and Runita Manginsay-Baglan, Casusan, Germany (at the time), Armand and Bebot Sala-Regalado, Ospital, New Jersey (at the time), and Mart and Jean Perocho-Celemin, Ospital, Las Vegas, Nevada, who made our boat float the longest time. But what good a website is if there's nothing relevant to the days? That too, there was no need pushing luck hard. Contents on History, Facts and Figures, Community Happenings, Weddings, Birthdays, Veterans, Obituary, etc, etc, came down pouring into the site's mailbox: Nong Amando L Batoy, Ospital, Virginia, USA, Loloy Diango Lawa-an, Ronnie Raterta Dalisay, Tokyo, Japan, Leonalyn Mutia Tayone, Ibabao, Dammam, Saudi Arabia, Allyn Tayone Mutia Ibabao, Cebu, New Zealand, New Jersey, Ofelia Angging Mutia Makawa, North Carolina, Gerogia, Juvila Arquiza, Ibabao, Long Island, New York, Edsel Mutia, Dalisay, Saudi Arabia, Toronto, Canada, Concordio Salabas Bongalo, Ospital, Davao City, and many others, impossible to mention all. Not only that, thousands of Aloranons actively discussing things thru the site's Guest Book, mainly on what's trending in Aloran, especially. Just three months after its launch to cyberspace, The Sanguniang Bayan of Aloran passed a Resolution expressing deepest gratitude for building the website for our town. An honor that I gladly received and shared with Aloran's Netizenry. The hybernation... Late 2013, when all the world were frantic adapting their websites to the dominance of social media, most notably Facebook, the author lagged behind. After twelve short years, our towel was thrown, something I'm not proud of. Fast forward to May 2022... Bouyed by enthusiasm from the responses of Aloranon Netizenry, yours truly is re-launching our website! For Aloran!
