A LIFE WELL-LIVED...

I'M HONORED AND GRATEFUL
Thanks for having me..

Another privilege I enjoy living in retirement in my hometown is being adopted to another class/Batch from a different high school.

I have a boyhood friend who belongs to the SMHS Class of 1973 - the class valedictorian - who is now an outstanding eye-doctor in the country, who graduated with high honors from the University of the Philippines and had his post-doctoral from Harvard University in the USA.

Once every two months, he comes to town to attend-to his long-list of clients, and I always take that opportunity to see him in his beach house in Tuboran.

That typically is also the time that he and his batchmates bond together.

This went on and on, until one time they half-jokingly decided to have me adopted to their class/batch.

Now I have two excuses to be there in his beach house: to see him and to see my batchmates.

Thank you Vic!

I'm so honored and grateful!
