When Menchie moved to her newly-bought house, we were split. Her family moved with her, I, with five others, moved to another place. AT: #5 Alexander Street, for a number of months; and to a house owned by a Filipina married to an American-New Zealander. It was from this boarding house that I wronged my mates, something I regretted all my life since. For many years, I thought of ways I can make it up to them, but as years went by, I'm now just beginning to hope that they have forgiven me.
