GRADE SCHOOL Grade II

Miss Luz C de la Cruz. (Ma'am Luz). Unlike Ma'am Atring, she was not that strict. Halfway to the school year, she took a leave of absence to marry the love of her life, Mr Mario M Malig-on, and became Mrs Luz C Malig-on. In her absence, Mrs Nieves C Macalisang, a sister of her's, substituted for her. Nick Cajita and I were in this class and we both were vying for the first honors. It was the only time he and I were classmates, and sadly this was also the last time he was with us at Aloran Central School - he moved to Holy Rosary School in Oroquieta.
